Description of Impurity separator:
Impurity separator belongs to Pulping System of paper machinery and is a more advanced Pulping System.
Impurity separator of this series is used together with sediment trap, which is used in the processing process of waste paper of pulping and paper-making industry to remove a large number of light materials and a small amount of heavy materials in the pulper.
The products of this series are at the back of sediment trap. The pulp stock with thick light and heavy impurities in the disintegrating process by using pulper gather into sediment trap and then overflow into the Impurity separator. Then the accepts enter the next process through the sieve plate with the effect of the rotor. The thick impurities are kept in Impurity separator and are discharged after regularly washed and forcedly pressed into the drum sieve for dehydration. The use of this equipment can remove the impurities in the waste paper pulp as soon as possible, avoiding the refinement of the impurities in the disintegrating process, reducing the load of the equipment in the following process and improving the production capacity of the pulper.
